At Victoria VR, we are on a journey that is truly exciting, and building a metaverse that we believe you really need to experience. We can see it coming to life through ideas, and driven by expertise that we could not have dreamed of having on board when we started.

Victoria VR is making such fantastic progress because of the incredible talent we have built. In the heart of Prague, we have a hugely passionate and talented team, who are, without exception, bringing their immense skills and experience to the design and development of the Victoria VR Metaverse. We are proud to say that what they are bringing really shines through, and this, combined with their passion and drive, is every bit responsible for our excitement in what we are revealing to the world in 2022.

Our development and design teams are united by their passion for video games, movies, and everything virtual reality. They come from different countries and backgrounds, but they share one common goal: to create the most immersive, believable and exciting virtual world possible. That commitment is an essential part of what we are building, as is the strength of numbers we are building to accelerate the growth of the Victoria VR Metaverse.

It has been so important to find team members that have experience not just in building virtual worlds, but also in building games. And we’ve done that — our team has created AAA games titles and virtual environments, as well as creating cutting-edge software across many industries. By bringing in a team with cross industry expertise, we can see that we are building something that shows how Victoria VR will be a platform where these skills intersect in a truly exciting way. In other words, we are, together, creating a metaverse that combines play with business, social, events and much more. The skills of our team have been critical in the creation of many activities that are separating it from anything else available today — or, we should say, anything else that may be available tomorrow!

So, why Prague for our Head Office? The answer to this is simple — few places have the same immense potential for creativity and growth, plus the talent is right on our doorstep. And we are very much growing! We have 80+ designers and developers today, and want to grow to several hundred by the end of 2022. That’s the level of commitment that’s going into Victoria VR.

For those designers and developers that are proficient and experienced in Unreal Engine that may be reading this, if you are in or around Prague and want to be involved with creating something truly game changing in the VR and metaverse space, and to do that working with a wonderful group of people — we want to hear from you! We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team, particularly those experienced in designing and building games and virtual worlds.

But the team doesn’t end in Prague. Although the Victoria VR team is based here, it’s important to say that we are, of course, a global company with ambitions to spread our metaverse around the world. We know full well that this is a mission that requires building a global network with exciting partners — a partner community that is aimed squarely at our objective of creating something incredible. As you have seen so far in 2022, we have already secured partnerships with some of the biggest companies in the world — companies that are indeed located all around the world.

And with a team and partnership like these combined with the results we are seeing, we can say confidently, that we are just getting started!
